Changes to my study programme

I think this is a very interesting topic. First of all, I have to mention that I study dentistry, it is a career that lasts 6 years in case one does not fall behind, however, a dental student in Chile completes the degree in an average of 8 years.

In the 4 semesters that I have been in the career, I have had 7 subjects in all of them, some have a heavier academic load than others. For example, in this semester the areas with the highest academic load are "Biological and clinical bases for diagnosis" and "simulation for professional practice", in my opinion, as these are more difficult areas and with a greater number of classes, they require a lot of study time, which is sometimes difficult to achieve because it is also necessary to comply with the other branches, so that deep learning is not achieved. I really would like the number of classes that upload to the platform to be less, since that way one could focus on fewer classes and achieve better learning.

Regarding the infrastructure, I still do not know all the spaces of the university, but it has all the necessary equipment to be able to carry out the practices, although the laboratory destined for this is a little small and they divide us into groups to go.In addition, the pandemic and capacity have affected this even more.

In general I think that I would not change many things to the program, although it can always be improved (especially on the subject of academic load)
